Each bedroom is equipped with its own private ensuite containing a sink, shower, and toilet. Two of the bathrooms boast large bathtubs which has been noted below.

  • Bedroom 1 - King bed with spacious ensuite including a large bathtub

  • Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with private ensuite including a large bathtub

  • Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with private ensuite

  • Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with private ensuite.

    Additionally, there is a seperate toilet attached to the living area for guests' convenience.

Nestled in the captivating landscape, TeySha Retreat boasts a prime spot near two famous surf spots: Smiths Beach and Yallingup. Both of which are known for their excellent waves and stunning coastal scenery. They are popular destinations for swimming, surfing, and enjoying the natural beauty of the region. Yallingup has a protected lagoon which is suitable for young children or those who prefer calmer waters. As the sun dips beyond the horizon, both locations unveil spectacular sunset views over the ocean.

Situated just off Caves Road, TeySha Retreat provides an ideal base for exploring the region's acclaimed wineries, galleries, and all the treasures of the South West. Local eateries and coffee places can be found within a few minutes drive.

Dunsborough town is only 10 minutes away, offering convenience without sacrificing tranquility.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

  • 2 night booking minimum

  • 5 night booking minimum during peak Summer period.

Property rules:

Noise levels must be maintained at a considerate volume at all times. We kindly request that all outdoor noise is kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

The dam is currently not suitable for swimming.

Please note: Security cameras are located around the outdoors of the house.
